Job Summary
- This is a contract-based, third-party role responsible for supporting enterprise credit and activation operations. Key duties include processing credit applications with a focus on fraud prevention, managing corporate credit and device activations, and ensuring timely approval of CI/CC applications within a 4-hour SLA. The role also handles partner activation emails, MNP Port-In reports, and system issue troubleshooting, including waiver escalations. Close coordination with account managers, the Enterprise Activation Team (EAT), and VIP line management is required, along with monthly rebate reporting and monitoring of aging accounts.
Job Summary

The Day-To-Day Activities- Process Credit Applications & Ensure Fraud Prevention
- Evaluate creditworthiness of individual and corporate customers using approved tools and procedures.
- Perform due diligence to identify and flag suspicious or fraudulent activities, escalating cases as required to mitigate risk.
- Manage Corporate Credit, Device Activations, and Reports
- Oversee credit approvals and service activations for corporate customers, ensuring timely processing and adherence to internal guidelines.
- Coordinate and track device activations and related transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness in reporting.
- Approve CI/CC Applications within SLA
- Review and approve Customer Individual (CI) and Customer Corporate (CC) applications within a 4-hour turnaround time.
- Maintain service level compliance while ensuring application accuracy and data integrity.
- Handle Partner Activation Emails and MNP Port-In Reports
- Monitor and respond to activation-related emails from business partners in a timely and professional manner.
- Check and process Mobile Number Portability (MNP) Port-In reports daily, resolving discrepancies or issues with relevant stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot System Issues and Raise Waivers
- Identify system-related errors or process breakdowns during application or activation workflows.
- Log issues with the appropriate IT or support teams and raise waivers when necessary to facilitate business continuity.
- Coordinate with Account Managers, EAT, and Manage VIP Lines
- Liaise with internal teams such as Account Managers and the Enterprise Activation Team (EAT) to ensure smooth onboarding and activation experiences.
- Manage service-related requests and escalations for VIP or high-priority accounts.
- Submit Monthly Rebate Reports and Monitor Aging Accounts
- Compile and submit monthly rebate reports accurately and on schedule.
- Track and follow up on aging accounts, ensuring issues are addressed to prevent revenue leakage or service disruption.
About You
- Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- At least 2 years working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High attention to detail with fast and accurate data entry skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Capable of meeting KPIs and delivering timely, high-quality results.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
