  • Performs report generation and analysis when required.
  • Support ad-hoc Employee Relation Team activities and events.
Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree preferably in Human Resources.
  • 1 year of general HR experience is required.
  • Requires knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and the ability to resolve grievances and complaints effectively.
  • Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving and resilience skills are essential.
  • The ideal candidate is results-driven and able to motivate, coach and develop others while demonstrating personal effectiveness.
