Specialist, Customer Service (API Support)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Handle customer API-related inquiries via ticketing systems and community channels.
  • Assist customers with API integration, ensuring high-quality support to uphold our brand image.
  • Gather user feedback and suggestions to inform product improvements.
  • Report and collaborate with technical and product teams to resolve batch user issues caused by API bugs.
  • Escalate product and platform complaints and feedback promptly.

What We Look For in You:

  • Diploma or higher; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Basic development knowledge and proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language (e.g., Java, Python, PHP, JS).
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese, as communication with Mandarin-speaking counterparts is required.
  • Strong customer service mindset, good communication skills, and solid learning and reasoning abilities.
  • Positive team spirit and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to role changes.
  • Prior experience in API development is preferred.
