About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Specialist, Corporate Proposition to join our RHB Trustees Berhad . This role plays a key part in enhancing the end-to-end customer journey and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for high-net-worth (HNW) clients. You will be responsible for trust and estate administration, client reporting, and the development of tailored trust structures, while also providing advisory support and coaching within the team.
What you will be doing
Optimise end-to-end customer journeys to enhance the overall client experience
Administer Private Trusts, including payments, distributions, asset placements, trade settlements, trustee fee billing, and collections
Manage Estate Administration by compiling asset and liability information and coordinating asset transfers with beneficiaries and legal representatives
Draft and finalise trust documents such as Trust Deeds and Letters of Wishes (LOW) for Private Trusts, Insurance Trusts, and Estate Administration Trusts
Prepare and consolidate monthly client reports by gathering data from fund managers, fund houses, and bank statements
Provide coaching and advisory support to team members (squad members)
Manage direct relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) clients, including consultations, proposal preparation, and onboarding documentation
Ensure accurate and timely updates to the Operating Manual (OM) annually or when process changes occur
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, trust administration, or related fields
Strong understanding of trust structures, estate planning, and client onboarding processes
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and documentation skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage HNW client relationships
Proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to coach and support junior team members
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to trust and estate services is an advantage
