Prepare Service Level Agreement (SLA) recharge amount on a monthly basis.

Prepare journals for month-end closing activities.

Support in analysis of monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet.

Timely preparation of ESG reporting in accordance with Global KPIs.

Timely preparation of financial and management reports and analysis.

Monitor invoice processing.

Support in preparation and submission of MDEC and other Government Regulatory requirements.

Liaise with external audits, tax consultants, and prepare documents for financial accounts audit and tax submission.

Prepare and submit SST.

Prepare and submit WHT.

Ensure compliance with internal control requirements.

Handle queries and ad-hoc requests from service line.

People Management

Maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Be able to influence decisions/actions through provision of value-added inputs into the organization’s business processes.

Skills & Qualifications

Degree holder and/or qualified accountant (preferable).

2-3 years of working experience in related financial accounting areas.

Ability to communicate/work effectively with people at all levels.

Effective communication skills in English (spoken and written).

Effective presentation skills to stakeholders at all levels.

Software skills (SAP, TM1, CREST, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Apps, etc.).

Able to work under pressure to deliver results according to deadlines.

Detail-oriented.

Good analytical skills and sound accounting knowledge.
