Job description

You'll create impact by:

  1. Driving corporate core budgeting and forecasting processes, both top-down and bottom-up.
  2. Consolidating reports across LCB, Country, and Function for comprehensive insights.
  3. Managing cost-controlling activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis (Actuals vs. Budget vs. Forecast).
  4. Developing and implementing strategic measures to optimize financial performance.
  5. Supporting carve-in/out activities, including baselining, pricing, and sizing.
  6. Leading ad hoc initiatives such as benchmarking, reconciliations, and contributions to GBS roadmaps, management projects, and continuous process improvements.
  7. Taking on team leadership roles and handling additional planning and reporting assignments as required.

You'll win us over by:
  1. Holding a degree in Accounting or Finance with over 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Controlling, or FP&A within multinational companies (MNCs).
  2. Possessing ACCA qualifications (mandatory).
  3. Demonstrating knowledge of SAP, particularly the FICO module, as an added advantage.
  4. Being self-motivated, independent, and adaptable, with strong analytical skills.
  5. Supporting team members by offering guidance on daily tasks and challenges.
  6. Thriving in an international environment with excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
