The Day-to-Day Activities

Job Summary: This role leverages data and analytics to drive strategic decisions, optimize operations, and enhance customer experiences. It provides valuable insights and recommendations to help the organization stay competitive, especially in the fast-evolving telecommunications landscape.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data analytics solutions, including data warehouses, reporting systems, and dashboards.
• Perform data analysis to identify insights and trends, creating reports and dashboards to communicate KPIs and business metrics.
• Oversee data integration, ETL processes, and ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Manage metadata for data sources, transformations, and definitions to maintain consistency.
• Manage repositories of reports and dashboards to prevent duplication and facilitate lifecycle management.
• Ensure data handling complies with security standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with senior management to align analytics initiatives with strategic goals.
• Provide data-driven insights to support revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Report on project status and escalate issues as needed.

About You

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical & Electronic, Telecommunication, or equivalent.
• 3-7 years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or data analytics, preferably in telecommunications.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools, SQL, databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL), and visualization tools (PowerBI).
• Basic knowledge of the telecommunications industry and data sources.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements.
• Experience in Python programming language.
