Fixed asset barcode label tagging & scanning for new assets and reprinting barcodes for existing assets.

Job Description

In this role, you will:

  1. Coordinate annual physical asset inspections.
  2. Validate and verify the accuracy and completeness of business trip and staff claims.
  3. Ensure completeness of archived documents, including LHDN e-invoice, Withholding Tax, & Service Tax.
  4. Prepare government surveys and reports.
  5. Prepare and reconcile SAP accounts and reports, including payments and expenses.
  6. Undertake minor ad-hoc projects or assignments, including SYNT winding-up/liquidation activities.

Your Profile

You are best suited for this role if you have:

  • A Diploma with relevant work experience or a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting processes and procedures.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
