Special Needs Educator - Behavioral Therapist

We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals in improving special needs children's development. We are located in Kuala Lumpur, Ipoh and Penang.

Responsibility :

Carry out therapy session with child according to the programs designed.

Execute individual and group programs.

Implement therapy and individualized education plan.

Track child's progress and prepare reports.

Communicate effectively with the team and families.

Able to adapt to a fast paced environment, work well in a team and open to feedback.

Able to work in the center, home-based or school-based.

Requirements :

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Pathology or related fields.

Physically and mentally fit to work with special-needs individuals.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Able to maintain confidentiality with regards information pertaining child and family.

Fluent in English, Mandarin and/or Bahasa Melayu. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Able to start July/August/September 2025.
