About the role
CATERPILLAR CARE CENTRE is seeking a dedicated and talented Special Needs Educator to join our team in Cyberjaya, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and support to students with special needs, helping them reach their full potential.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing individualised education plans to address the unique learning needs of each student

Delivering engaging and innovative lessons that cater to diverse learning styles

Collaborating with parents, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development

Monitoring student progress and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly

Providing a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

Participating in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and special needs education practices

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree in special education, education, or a related field

Relevant experience working with students with special needs, such as autism, intellectual disabilities, or learning disabilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and other professionals

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address the unique needs of each student
