Job summary

A leading therapy centre in Kuala Lumpur is seeking dedicated professionals to work with children with special needs. Responsibilities include preparing and implementing lessons for individuals and small groups, planning Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and effective communication with parents and team members. Qualifications

  • At least 1 year working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Basic knowledge of characteristics of children with Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and implement lessons for one-to-one and small groups of children with special needs.
  • Plan IEPs and conduct IEP meetings with parents.
  • Communicate effectively with other therapists in the EIP team.
  • Apply effective classroom management strategies.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation.
