Qualifications & experience

Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Needs Education, Psychology or related field

Experiences working with children, preferable children with special needs

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.

Tasks & responsibilities

Create and implement individualized education plans tailored to each student's unique needs.

Develop and execute teaching plans, and report on student outcomes to measure progress and adjust strategies as necessary.

Ensure all materials and equipment are sanitized and maintained after use to provide a clean and safe learning environment.

Prepare detailed progress reports for each student at the end of each semester, highlighting achievements, areas for improvement, and future goals.

Attend parent-teacher meetings and provide feedback to parents regarding their child's progress, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

Perform basic administrative duties, including organizing teaching materials, maintaining student records, and coordinating resources.
