Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for spare parts sales performance in the assigned territory (covering crane, excavator, concrete machinery, etc.).
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, identify aftermarket needs, and promote parts sales growth.
- Track equipment population and parts consumption cycles to formulate targeted sales strategies and annual plans.
- Work closely with service teams to provide full-cycle support including parts selection, quotation, delivery, and aftersales.
- Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain to optimize parts availability and delivery efficiency.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback to improve performance.
- Support local service stations or parts distribution network development in the region.
Job Requirements:
- diploma’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in construction equipment or spare parts sales; experience with SANY or similar OEMs preferred.
- Solid understanding of spare parts structures, identification, and sales process.
- Strong customer focus, business negotiation skills, and result-driven mindset.
- Willing to travel; English communication skills are a plus.
