Job description

Crown Malaysia is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable Spare Parts Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be the central link between the service teams ensuring the smooth flow of spare parts to support daily operations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing spare parts inventory, coordinating timely dispatch and delivery to technicians, and ensuring all service-related administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. By maintaining optimal stock levels and streamlining parts availability, you will directly contribute to improving the overall productivity and responsiveness of the service department. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and is committed to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Branch Spare Parts

  • Maintain minimum stock levels at the branch.
  • Receive and correctly store stock from transfer vans.
  • Source non-inventory parts when required.
  • Handle customer counter sales, issue invoices, and follow cash sales procedures.
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Support all inventory-related data tasks.

Parts Management

  • Pack and issue spare parts daily based on technician requests.
  • Deliver spare parts safely and on time.
  • Ensure dispatch vehicles are properly maintained.
  • Keep the storage area clean and well-organized.
  • Replenish van stock daily or as needed.
  • Support weekly tire pressing at the hub.
  • Assist with loading and unloading spare parts in the warehouse.
  • Safely store parts on high racks and manage storage space efficiently.

Stock Take

  • Pack and return spare parts to the factory during yearly returns.
  • Participate in annual and biannual stock counts (branch and vans).
  • Review and process stock take sheets and variance reports.

General Support

  • Assist with any other spare parts-related tasks as required.

SPM/Diploma/Degree-any field

Must have experienced in store and spare parts inventory
