Job summary

Watson's Personal Care Stores Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Space & Range Analyst to drive commercial performance through range and display optimizations. You will develop insights, prepare stakeholder-facing reports, and deliver a step change in reporting output.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide collaborative data-driven solutions, maintaining accurate planograms and ensuring readiness for store execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Business/Management or related field.
• 3-4 years of related work experience.
• Exceptional analytical, problem solving and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate into data insights.
• Ability to communicate data to all levels.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare reports and insights for stakeholders.
• Improve and simplify space, range and display reporting outputs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Prepare and maintain planograms that are easy for stores to implement and appealing to customers.
• Update databases for actionable reports supporting Space, Range and Display processes.
• Produce planogram data with accuracy, quality and reliability.
• Ensure planograms follow Customer Decision Tree guidelines.
• Support projects with analysis as needed.

Job description

Provide range and space analysis to Space & Range and Trading teams, with the purpose of improving commercial performance.

Develop and prepare reports and insight for key stakeholders to monitor performance, as well as presenting and illustrating findings. Delivering a step change in team reporting output.

Work closely with stakeholders to fully understand requirements and provide collaborative solutions based on a commercial and analytical understanding.

Prepare and Maintain Planograms that operationally simpler for stores and good display for customers.

Update databases for actionable reports that support Space, Range and Display processes.

Produce planogram data that is recognized for its accuracy, quality and reliability.

Ensure all planograms are build based on Customer Decision Tree.

Support projects to develop with analysis as required

Support the development of Space & Range processes

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others or equivalent.

At least 3-4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
