Qualifications

• Hold Spa Manager License from Ministry of Public Health.
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain local government licenses/certificates/permits.
• Experience in spas, hotels, administration or customer service preferred.
• Fluent English and local language communication are required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a friendly and effective manner.
• Confirm reservations for spa services and assist with group scheduling.
• Maintain spa areas per Breeze guidelines and ensure sanitation and safety standards.
• Stay current on relevant certifications and provide excellent guest service.
