A Spa & Wellness Manager is responsible for overseeing spa operations and team to deliver excellent Guest and Member experiences while managing revenue targets.

What will I be doing?

• Manage overall operations of the spa & gym
• Ensure treatments comply with legislation and standards
• Manage bookings, payments, and consultation records
• Lead and develop the spa team and therapists
• Achieve revenue targets through innovative programs
• Manage budgets and financial targets
• Improve services based on customer feedback
• Maintain brand standards and quality
• Coordinate with other hotel departments
• Provide friendly, personalized service
• Respond to audits and ensure continuous improvement
• Ensure security and safety regulations are followed
