Where You Come In

  • You lead Dexcom’s commercial operations across South East Asia, driving strategy, execution, and growth in key markets.
  • You develop and implement regional sales, marketing, and market access strategies tailored to each country’s unique healthcare environment.
  • You build and manage a high-performing, cross-functional team across multiple countries, working closely with global functional leaders.
  • You scale Dexcom’s presence in the region by identifying growth opportunities, optimizing distribution models, and expanding local capabilities.
  • You collaborate with APAC Business Development to establish strategic partnerships and advocacy initiatives.
  • You partner with Product, Market Access, and Global Pricing teams to deliver competitive price, product, and access solutions.
  • You manage the regional P&L, balancing operational efficiency with exceptional customer experience.
  • You oversee forecasting, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure operational excellence.
  • You lead talent development efforts, including recruitment, succession planning, and performance management.
  • You work with Sales Operations and Training to build a best-in-class sales force through enablement, coaching, and strategic development.
  • You represent South East Asia in global leadership forums and strategic meetings, ensuring the region’s voice is heard and aligned with global priorities.

  • You have deep knowledge of the healthcare landscape, including reimbursement and regulatory processes in the region.
  • You bring proven success in sales and marketing, including experience with HCP engagement and market development.
  • You are experienced in leading matrixed teams and driving business performance across multiple countries.
  • You have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire across all levels.
  • You are fluent in English; fluency in one or more regional languages is a plus.
  • You bring a deep understanding of the diabetes space, including clinical, technological, and advocacy aspects.
  • You have existing relationships and experience working with healthcare stakeholders across South East Asia.
  • You are comfortable with frequent travel and thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Experience And Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 17+ years of relevant experience, including 10+ years in diabetes and/or medical devices.
  • 13+ years of successful leadership experience, including regional commercial roles in South East Asia.
  • Deep understanding of reimbursement and regulatory landscapes across South East Asian markets.
  • Proven success in sales and marketing, including HCP engagement and market development.
  • Experience leading matrixed teams and driving business performance across multiple countries.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of the diabetes space, including clinical and technological aspects.
  • Existing relationships and advocacy experience in the healthcare ecosystem across South East Asia.
