Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement sourcing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
2. Source, assess, and onboard new suppliers to meet evolving business requirements.
3. Manage end-to-end RFQ, RFI, and RFP processes to support procurement initiatives.
4. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost-effective outcomes.
5. Evaluate supplier performance using KPIs, audits, and regular assessments.
6. Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, Logistics, and Engineering teams to ensure sourcing efficiency.
7. Monitor market dynamics to identify sourcing risks, trends, and growth opportunities.
8. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and legal obligations.
9. Maintain up-to-date supplier records and documentation within ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
