Job Descriptions :
- Responsible to initiate tendering process in strategic sourcing for the category. Manage Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP) Request for Quotation (RFQ)
- Responsible for monitoring performance measurement for each assigned supply relationship area as well as conduct RFP’s Review Bids and perform auctions for simple tenders.
- Manage the renewal or extension of contracts and verification of commercial terms.
- Investigate and analyse drivers in the supply base and provide information on the suitability of potential supply base.
- Responsible for the Analytical Support by managing the information and data gathering to capture business requirements and scope.
- In charge of acquiring data on performance reporting, collate information and agree publication plan with Procurement Managers.
- Manage information and data gathering to capture business requirements, service requirements and scope. Analyse and categorise the potential different suppliers using appropriate tools.
- Understand the commercial factor, advice and implement a strategy to develop best procurement practises and drive optimum value for the category.
Job Requirements :
