Sourcing Officer/Executive

Responsibilities
  1. Source, negotiate, and select suppliers of products from Asian suppliers, including China.
  2. Manage and handle sourcing tasks of assigned products.
  3. Negotiate and liaise with suppliers to achieve targeted prices, product quality, and packaging requirements.
  4. Identify and deliver continuous savings through effective communication with suppliers.
  5. Work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure delivery of quality products that meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
  6. Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and responsibly issue purchase orders to suppliers and vendors.
  7. Control and manage cost master file, sourcing file, production master file, and production status file.
  8. Manage stock by evaluating, planning, and replenishing on time.
  9. Coordinate with other departments on deliveries, product inspection, specifications, and regulatory compliance.
  10. Maintain long-term supplier relationships through effective communication.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Preferably with 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, stock management, or customer service.
  • Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Result-oriented, energetic, proactive, multi-tasking, and able to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of people.
  • Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong negotiation skills and enjoy mathematical calculations.
  • Fresh graduates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
