Lead the delivery of stakeholder requirements across various indirect categories, including Facilities, Marketing, IT, Learning & Development, and others.

Drive supplier selection, negotiation, and contract finalization by utilizing advanced procurement tools and strategies to ensure effective and efficient purchasing management.

What will you be doing?

Responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and addressing process inefficiencies while encouraging positive relationships between stakeholders and category managers. Leads a team of Sourcing Buyers and specialists, ensuring alignment with procurement policies and SOPs. Focuses on building a resilient and high-performing service delivery structure, enabling strong SLA and KPI performance, cost avoidance, and ongoing team development through regular performance reviews and targeted learning initiatives.

In addition to team leadership, this role oversees stakeholder engagement and governance by conducting service health checks, handling issue escalations, and ensuring quality assurance. Demonstrates strong business influence by aligning category strategies with stakeholder needs, leading to successful implementation of initiatives passionate about cost, risk, and quality. Consistently delivers value through measurable category savings and procurement efficiency.

What will you need to be successful?

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field with over 8 years of procurement experience, including at least 2 years in a team leadership role. Brings strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate efficiently with internal teams and external suppliers. Consistent record in independently leading multiple priorities, driving recruitment efforts, leading process transitions, and championing continuous improvement initiatives to deliver high-quality results.
