H.B. Fuller is seeking a Sourcing Analyst to enhance procurement processes and support sourcing initiatives. The analyst will manage supplier relationships, analyze costs, and ensure compliance with company policies. Position Title: Sourcing Analyst
Position Location: Malaysia Klang
PRIMARY DUTIES
0%-50% Sourcing
20%- 50% Sourcing Support
20%-50% Transactional – System Work
Transactional : Perform administration related duties on Procurement tools. (Updating Pricing, Invoice Resolution, System Support)
Sourcing Support : Perform data gathering and analysis related to Procurement policies, processes and tools. Prepare metrics and analysis for Sourcing function dashboard. Lead projects related to implementation and/or management of Procurement policies, processes and tools. Develop and deliver training on Procurement policies, processes and tools.
Sourcing : Identify, evaluate, and onboard packaging suppliers. Conduct RFQs, RFPs, and negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms. Manage supplier contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and sustainability goals. Analyze packaging costs, market trends, and total cost of ownership (TCO). Develop cost-saving initiatives and alternative material strategies. Track and report savings against procurement targets.
Additionally : Comply with Sourcing’s best practices, policies, and procedures. Resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner. Manage minimum and maximum order quantities and total volumes.
REQUIREMENTS
o Problem solving capabilities, strong communication, interpersonal, organizational skills, good written and verbal skills in English.
o Possess intermediate level business understanding, and collaborative/team skills.
o Comfortable working with data bases, ERP systems, and spreadsheets.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office.
o Self motivated - Demonstrated strong desire and innate capability to learn.
o Demonstrates Effective Self Management - Values guidance while assuming responsibility for development, can function with little/no daily direction setting from manager, requiring weekly manager guidance on all projects, processes and accountabilities.
o Individually Accountable for Results - Focuses on work effort that is strategically
