Position Title: Sourcing Analyst
PRIMARY DUTIES
Transactional: Perform administration related duties on Procurement tools, including updating pricing, invoice resolution, and system support.
Sourcing Support: Perform data gathering and analysis related to Procurement policies, processes and tools. Prepare metrics and analysis for the Sourcing function dashboard. Lead projects related to the implementation and management of Procurement policies, processes, and tools. Develop and deliver training on Procurement policies, processes, and tools.
Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and onboard packaging suppliers. Conduct RFQs, RFPs, and negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms. Manage supplier contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and sustainability goals. Analyze packaging costs, market trends, and total cost of ownership (TCO). Develop cost-saving initiatives and alternative material strategies. Track and report savings against procurement targets.
Additionally: Comply with Sourcing’s best practices, policies, and procedures. Resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner. Manage minimum and maximum order quantities and total volumes.
REQUIREMENTS
o Problem solving capabilities, strong communication, interpersonal, organizational skills, and proficiency in written and verbal English.
o Intermediate business understanding and collaborative/team skills.
o Comfortable working with databases, ERP systems, and spreadsheets.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office.
o Self-motivated with a strong desire and innate capability to learn.
o Demonstrates effective self-management, values guidance, and can work with little or no daily direction, requiring weekly guidance on projects and processes.
