Job Title: Technical Support for Live Events

We welcome fresh graduates to join our team; training will be provided.

• Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Candidates must possess at least SPM qualification.
• Interested in audio mixing consoles, lighting boards, and stage equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior technicians.
• Physical ability to lift and transport heavy equipment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio, lighting, LED screens, and other technical equipment for live events.
• Install and configure sound systems, microphones, speakers, amplifiers, and lighting rigs based on event requirements.
• Program and operate lighting consoles, ensuring proper lighting design for different events.
• Perform sound checks, adjust audio levels, and ensure high-quality sound during events.
• Monitor and adjust lighting levels during performances for a dynamic atmosphere.
• Collaborate with event coordinators, production managers, and other technicians to meet technical needs.
• Maintain and repair audio, lighting, and related equipment.
• Follow safety protocols during equipment setup, operation, and teardown.
• Transport and manage event equipment, ensuring timely setup and dismantling.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technology in sound, lighting, and event production.
