Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking a Solution Engineer (SE) with In-Circuit Test and Board Functional Test knowledge to translate customers' technical needs into integrated solutions through a mix of product and service offerings.

The SE will regularly work at customer sites in Malaysia and occasionally in neighbouring countries, delivering technical solutions and supporting sales activities with proposal generation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3 years’ experience in electronics manufacturing test, ICT or Board Functional Test.
• Proficient in test programming and development; strong product knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written English communication; capable presentations.
• Ability to build customer relationships and understand business needs.
• Independent, self-starter with willingness to travel and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training, test application support and consulting for ICT and Board tests.
• Provide in-depth technical consultation to address customer test needs.
• Provide technical evaluation services to drive adoption and growth.
• Write application notes and case studies from solution experience.
• Collaborate with Account Manager and other SEs in pre/post-sale activities.
• Identify new customers and opportunities to contribute to business development.
