Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Lead a team to analyze client requirements for necessary changes.
2. Design solutions by preparing functional and technical specifications.
3. Lead coding and unit testing efforts.
4. Conduct code reviews before delivery.
5. Support system testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and post-production support.
6. Ensure team compliance with standards and quality procedures.
7. Ensure timely completion of all tasks within estimated timelines.
8. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

What We Are Looking For

We seek innovative thinkers with a passion for positive change, a can-do attitude, and a desire to learn and grow. Specifically:

• University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the AS/400 environment; experience with COBOL400 is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience coding for banking applications, preferably in card payment systems.
• Strong system analysis skills.
• Good leadership skills; prior experience as a team lead or in project management is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, especially in root cause analysis.
• Effective English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
