Job Purpose:

This solution-focused professional will be responsible for managing new and existing opportunities within current and prospective clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales of resold services such as renewals, product support, etc.

  • Address end customers, channel partners, and vendors effectively.

  • Collaborate with internal product sales teams to generate additional revenue opportunities.

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

  • Perform reporting functions regularly, including quotes, bookings, and renewals.

  • Engage with end users and partners to communicate the benefits and pricing of our services.

  • Generate documentation to ensure timely invoicing of booked orders.

  • Negotiate with buyers to realize payments within the granted credit period.

  • Develop and maintain a high-quality pipeline of services.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
  • Degree holder with at least 1 year of inside sales or relevant experience in the IT industry.

  • Experience in contract renewal is mandatory.

  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Willing to acquire new skills and product knowledge.

  • Team player and capable of working independently.

  • IT savvy.
