Job Description:

Team Development

To assess engineer technical knowledges and have a solid grasp of the engineers’ technical skill set.

Must help to develop engineers’ technical skill set which are align with company solution direction.

Assisting to setting up team collaboration framework.

Driven of Technology/Solution Direction

Continuously researches emerging technologies and proposes changes to the existing technologies/solutions.

Acting as the major member in Emerging Technologies Committee and participate in new technologies/solutions selection.

Update the stakeholder on the status of the new technology/solutions proposal.

Facilitate inter team communication of this new technology/solutions.

Technical Consultancy

Serve as top escalation point for technical team for technical problem arise and to provide advice or solution.

Verify and approve for proposed technical solution.

Assisting pre-sale consultant in tender clarification, technical presentation evaluation and etc.

Support Business Development

Be the key account technical personnel and maintain good relationship with customer.

Carrier initiatives with new and existing prospects for major accounts.

To attend meetings with potential clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.

Job requirement:

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience related to information.

Preferable candidate with expert level of technical certification, such as CCIE.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Supports key corporate accounts in a proactive manner.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Broad & deep understanding of information technology topics, especially in network & Cyber Security fields.

Good Presentation Skill.

Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management.

Technically creative and open-minded.

Ability to work under indirect supervision.
