JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop applications using Microsoft or other modern programming languages, and be capable of full-stack development.
• Innovate solutions to enhance human experience related to real estate.
• Design and develop complex applications or digital solutions that integrate with IoT sensors, CCTV live footage, facial recognition devices, etc.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, C# programming, Web API, API Integration, RESTful APIs, and .NET/.NET Core for full-stack development.
• Create architectural solutions serving as blueprints and roadmaps for end-to-end system development in a real estate context.
• Design and lead the implementation of solution architectures aligned with enterprise strategies and business requirements.
• Collaborate with business units to ensure project alignment with enterprise architecture and business needs.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends to keep solutions current and competitive.
• Evaluate computer system architecture with a focus on design aspects.
• Develop and improve procedures, processes, and application designs.
• Work closely with project stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure system integration with existing infrastructure.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and platforms.
• Maintain architectural standards and best practices.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
• Lead the software development team to meet business objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication and writing skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong knowledge of technologies, platforms, and architecture designs.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills for technology and solution selection.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
