Responsibilities:

1. Articulate architectural vision, strategy, and direction; conceptualize and experiment with new architectural approaches; create and test design models, software frameworks, and utilities tools.
2. Develop, implement, and manage departmental software development frameworks, policies, guidelines, and best practices.
3. Lead and guide project teams comprising Application Developers.
4. Manage and implement software frameworks and utilities tools projects.
5. Monitor team progress and resolve issues.
6. Provide technical consultation, guidance, and support to project teams on IT platform strategies, technical issues, and solutions.
7. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software development issues.
8. Provide direction to project managers and team members, ensuring clarity of responsibilities and accountability.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise application development and 3 years in solution architecture design.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (Waterfall, Agile, Incremental).
• Experience in cloud-aware application design.
• Understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security principles.
• Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize systems.
• Familiarity with integration technologies such as messaging queues, API gateways, and ESBs.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, enterprise architecture, programming languages, databases, cloud platforms, networking, security, and DevOps.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin skills are an advantage.
