Solution Admin Specialist
SCOPE & AUTHORITY
Current:
- Provide administrative support to direct superior and senior management as required.
- Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
- Support day-to-day operations to ensure efficient workflow across the organization.
- Monitor and maintain the operational processes to ensure that they align with company objectives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Assist in managing and coordinating operational projects.
- Help to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
KEY RESULT AREAS
- Ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between departments.
- Helping align administrative and operational goals in the department
- Regular reporting to your superior on the status of operations and administrative functions.
- Identifying trends and areas of improvement based on data analysis.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare reports on operational performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Supervise the operations team, assigning tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.
WORK EXPERIENCES
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Years of experience in administration, operations, or a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of office equipment and supply management is a plus.
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Experience in managing office facilities and resources.
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills
