Calctronic Technology Sdn Bhd in Batu Kawan, Penang, Malaysia is hiring a PCB Rework Technician to ensure quality in assembly and test operations.

The role focuses on rework and soldering including BGA and bottom-terminal components, with adherence to IPC A610E standards. Candidates should have at least 2 years in PCB manufacturing; prior rework experience is highly encouraged. On-site work with benefits offered.

• Capable to perform rework and soldering skills based on IPC Standard
• Capable to perform rework on customer returned product
• Capable to solder/rework on BGA, bottom terminal components and lifted
• Ability to conduct inspect soldering criteria such as solder void, solder wetting, solder short and many more according to the IPC A 610E standard.
• Perform visual inspection of solder joints and components.
• Maintain proper ESD handling and safety procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in PCB manufacturing
• Candidate with Rework experience is highly encourage to apply
