Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in PCB manufacturing.
• Candidate with Rework experience is highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Capable to perform rework and soldering according to IPC standards.
• Capable to perform rework on customer returned products.
• Capable to solder/rework on BGA, bottom terminal components and lifted.
• Conduct inspection of soldering criteria such as voids, wetting, and shorts per IPC A610E.
• Perform visual inspection of solder joints and components.
• Maintain proper ESD handling and safety procedures.
