Job summary

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Yellow Book (Site Safety Supervisor) certificate registered with DOSH.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in construction or renewable energy projects.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian safety regulations and standards.
• Strong communication, leadership, and observation skills.
• Able to work independently and proactively.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor site’s Safety, Health and Environmental policies.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure safe work practices.
• Identify and mitigate potential hazards at the workplace.
• Liaise on safety-related issues with the team.
• Ensure safety compliance of work documents before execution.
• Maintain safety documentation including reports and checklists.
• Participate in emergency response and incident investigation.
• Ensure compliance with site safety rules and proper PPE usage.
• Promote safety culture and continuous improvement.
