Job summary

Hunters International Sdn Bhd is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee the design and drafting functions for solar and renewable energy projects in Klang, Selangor. You will lead a mix of junior and senior staff, ensure timely delivery, and maintain compliance with EPC standards.

The role requires 8+ years of relevant experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Helioscope, and PVSyst.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience with supervision of design teams.
• Experience managing solar/renewable EPC projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Helioscope, and PVSyst.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of drafters, design leads, and drafting managers.
• Review and approve engineering designs and drawings for solar PV and renewable energy systems.
• Ensure designs comply with project specifications, EPC standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Project, Procurement, and Contracts teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Conduct design reviews and risk assessments to ensure quality and compliance.
