Job summary

A leading renewable energy company in Johor Bahru is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to manage solar PV projects. You will be responsible for planning resources, ensuring quality, and troubleshooting issues in electrical installations. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in solar PV system maintenance and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. This role also requires excellent analytical and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of working experience in electrical installations or maintenance of solar PV projects.
• Knowledge and experience in Solar PV system design is an added advantage.
• Comfortable to work on weekends and public holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage resources planning and schedule arrangement for maintenance.
• Arrange for electrical breakdowns in solar PV systems.
• Verify works performed by technicians emphasizing quality.
• Provide technical reports for breakdowns and maintenance.
• Monitor system performance and produce statistical reports.
• Complete technical studies, design, and cost estimation.
• Liaise with departments to resolve technical issues.
• Review QA/QC before Testing & Commissioning of projects.
