Verdant Solar is offering an internship opportunity for final-year engineering students to gain hands-on experience in site supervision, project management, and solar system troubleshooting. You will be empowered to initiate projects and experiment with ideas to speed up our operational processes while learning from a frontline team.

Ideal candidates are final-year students in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy fields, able to commit 4–6 months (Aug/Sep 2026 intake), with own transport

Qualifications

• Final-year student pursuing Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related Engineering fields.
• Available for a minimum of 4–6 months (August/September 2026 intake).
• Own transport and willingness to travel for site visits, installations, and supervision tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with team members, field staff and clients.
• Ability to work independently and proactively with a strong sense of ownership.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to high-quality standards.
• Problem-solving mindset with quick on-site issue response.
• Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Oversee on-site visits and installations with safety and quality focus.
• Project Management: Schedule project sites and warehouse, ensuring timely delivery.
