Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Revenue Growth

Lead the sales team to convert leads into revenue, driving consistent business growth in the residential solar segment.

Develop and Refine Sales Strategies

Strategically design, review, and adjust sales plans to meet and exceed key performance targets set by management.

Lead Channel Sales Teams

Manage and empower a network of Agents, Channel Partners, and Micro-Entrepreneurs; monitor performance and take ownership of overall revenue contribution from these channels.

Expand the Agent & Micro-Entrepreneur Network

Create and execute strategies to recruit, onboard, and support a growing network of agents and community-based entrepreneurs.

Champion B2B2C Sales Approach

Develop and lead business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) strategies that enable scalable and sustainable customer acquisition.

Establish Operational Guidelines

Define and implement policies, processes, and standards to ensure professional conduct, accountability, and performance across the Micro-Entrepreneur network


Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a certificate/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Business-related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in managing sales performance of agents.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Mature, driven, proactive, creative, and passionate about creating a positive impact in other people’s lives.
  • Strong communicator, logical thinking, effective stakeholder manager, good team player and a people person.
