Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing in Malaysia is seeking a Testing Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders, define test objectives, and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases. You will execute tests, log results, and document defects while driving process improvements and staying current with industry best practices.

A degree in CS/Engineering is required, with UAT experience and business acumen considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduation in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Experience with UAT, digital product management is a plus.
• Strong business acumen.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow test plans and scripts.
• Good management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, define test objectives, and create test plans and test cases.
• Execute test cases, logging and analyzing results for each test case.
• Identify, report and document defects from the testing to track for closure.
• Continuously enhance testing processes, methodologies, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testing.
• Function as a key point of contact for escalation on system issues reported and perform second level investigation.
