Job summary

Syntronic Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a tester to perform End-to-End testing on NPI programs from device to system level, ensuring quality across the product lifecycle.

The role involves root-cause analysis, cross-team collaboration for traceability, and supporting engineering with test planning documentation. Fresh graduates are welcome; fluent English is required, with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and good PC abilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end testing on the NPI program from device to system level.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to propose improved operations.
• Collaborate with business and development teams to ensure traceability.
• Assist engineering with test planning documentation.
• Raise issues found during testing and track to resolution with Dev/Integration teams.

Job description

• Perform End to End Test on NPI program from device and system level

• Performs root-cause analysis of problems to formulate and recommend improved alternative operations

• Work with business and development team to ensure traceability process is adequate

• Work with engineering team on test planning documentation

• Raise of all issues found during testing and to work with the Development and Integration Teams to track those issues until resolution

• Candidate must have minimum a bachelor's degree in information technology (IT) field, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Fluent communication in English (written and verbal) is required

• Strong skills in problem analytical and systematic troubleshooting, with an understanding of customer impact

• Able to manage customer situations effectively and setting customer expectation appropriately

• Good knowledge in PC skills
