Job Title: Software Support Personnel

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Software Support personnel, based in Seremban and Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional technical support services, resolving software-related issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

  1. Handle software-related requests for assistance (problems).
  2. Manage requests received via phone, email, or support ticketing system.
  3. Troubleshoot software issues and identify root causes.
  4. Analyze software-related problems and propose effective solutions.
  5. Implement fixes and verify solutions before deployment.
  6. Obtain and log customer feedback for process improvement.
  7. Document support activities accurately and promptly.
Qualifications and Skills
  1. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  3. Strong customer service and relationship management experience.
