Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for Accounting, POS, and Payroll software.
2. Issue Resolution: Identify, diagnose, and resolve software issues efficiently.
3. Software Training: Guide clients on software usage through calls, emails, or onsite visits.
4. Installation & Setup: Assist customers with software installation, configuration, and updates.
5. Client Communication: Maintain clear, professional communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and development teams to address customer needs.
7. Documentation: Create and update support materials, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
8. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and software updates.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma qualifications in Information Technology or related fields; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Fluent in Chinese, Malay, and English
• Experience in software support, IT helpdesk, or related fields
• Familiarity with Accounting, POS, and Payroll software is a plus
• Willing to travel for onsite support when necessary
