Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or equivalent marketing automation tools.
• Basic understanding of HTML and SQL.
• Strong Cantonese communication skills and Chinese writing proficiency.
• Familiarity with JIRA and test management tools.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with project teams to understand manual testing requirements, clarify functional specifications, and provide testing effort estimates.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to identify test conditions, testing scope, and potential risks.
• Understand the application architecture, system workflows, and functionalities involved in the testing process.
• Develop, review, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test documentation based on business requirements.
• Execute manual functional testing to verify that application features and workflows meet specified requirements.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects or bugs, working closely with developers and project stakeholders to investigate root causes and support effective mitigation.
• Perform regression testing to ensure that defect fixes and system enhancements do not affect existing functionalities.
• Use JIRA and other test management tools to manage test cases, monitor testing progress, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Apply a basic understanding of HTML and SQL to support functional validation and data verification during testing.
• Communicate testing results, defects, risks, and progress clearly to project teams, including through Cantonese communication and Chinese written documentation as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or equivalent marketing automation tools.
• Basic understanding of HTML and SQL.

• Practical experience in defect identification, tracking, reporting, troubleshooting, and mitigation.
