Software QA Engineer 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Software testing of e-Commerce, commercial websites, android and ios app.
2. Prepare and set up test framework and environment.
3. Participate in software design reviews and walk-throughs.
4. Work with the end-user and business analysts to understand functional and design specifications of new features and services.
5. Work with the development team to develop unit tests, integration tests, system tests, usability tests, security tests, stress tests and regression tests.
6. Design and execution of test plans.
7. Prepare test data.
8. Track and manage software defects using a bug-tracking system.
9. Quality assurance of the software functionality, performance, security, language translations and localizations.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Degree / Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2. Knowledge of QA methodologies is essential.
3. Good understanding of the defect lifecycle.
4. Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
5. Required language(s): English. Malay, Mandarin, Hindu is an advantage.
6. Experience with both manual testing and automated testing.
7. Development knowledge with either PHP, XCode (iOS), Kotlin (Android) is an advantage.
8. Ability to write and execute SQL queries is an advantage.
9. Ability to lead junior testers is an advantage.
10. Candidate should be a Malaysian citizen.
