• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of software development experience with demonstrated team leadership.
• Mandarin proficiency to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Strong hands-on Python development with frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask, RESTful APIs, and system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab, Jenkins, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and Linux troubleshooting.
• Understanding of scalable architecture, modular design, security, and maintainable software development.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding, prompt-driven development, and automation-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering team, overseeing task allocation, technical guidance, performance, and delivery.
