Responsibilities:

1. As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions.
2. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
3. Expert proficiency in Lotus Notes to Microsoft SharePoint Application Migration is required. Expert level of proficiency in Build Management is recommended. Advanced level of proficiency in JIRA Workflow is suggested.
4. Lead the migration process from Lotus Notes to Microsoft SharePoint ensuring seamless transition.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure applications meet business needs.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to application configuration and functionality.
7. Provide training and support to team members on application usage and best practices.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements and enhancements.
