The role of a Software Engineer involves project delivery and support. As part of an agile team, Software Engineers are crucial in understanding and implementing business requirements. They solve incidents based on tickets, monitor systems, and implement Change Requests after product go-live. They also contribute improvement ideas to enhance quality and develop the product further.

As a Software Engineer, experience with Python, Prompt Engineering, Generative AI models, and use case knowledgeis highly beneficial. Strong understanding of Software Development Methodologies and DevSecOps tools and processesare essential.

You should be a GenAI enthusiast with a good understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and project management tools. Analytical and soft skills are important. You must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and organize effectively under time and workload pressures. Working in a multinational environment, you will collaborate across regions, so proficiency in spoken and written English is advantageous.
