Orangeleaf Consulting is hiring Software Engineers who are seeking a challenge and enjoy working with the latest cutting-edge technology.

What Do We Do?

We develop complex enterprise applications rapidly without traditional coding, utilizing the Mendix Low-Code Platform by Siemens. Our goal is to support enterprises in Southeast Asia in achieving their digital innovation objectives by developing systems ten times faster than conventional methods.

What is Mendix?

Mendix is a global leader in the low-code market, rapidly expanding across Europe, the US, and Asia, and is being adopted by most businesses worldwide. Gartner estimates that by 2025, 70% of new enterprise applications will be developed using no-code or low-code technologies.

About the Role:

You will develop innovative systems that enable our clients to compete globally using Mendix. Training will be provided to transition from traditional coding to low-code development. There are growth opportunities toward consultancy and management roles.

Projects are primarily on-site at client offices, with international travel expected for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the Mendix Low-Code Platform to create applications tailored to client needs.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
• Define functional and technical software requirements to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Conduct testing and provide maintenance to ensure application performance and reliability.
• Gain insights into clients' businesses to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Build strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Software Engineering or Business IT Management.
• 1 to 5 years of software development experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience with Scrum or Agile development methodologies.
• Interest in low-code technology (training provided).
• Responsibility and ownership mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Independence and punctuality.
• Eagerness to learn and succeed.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of React Native.
• Knowledge of Mendix platform.
