Responsibilities

• Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code; participate in code reviews to promote best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, QA teams, and other developers to ensure timely delivery of projects to the highest standard.
• Participate in designing, developing, and deploying high-performance, highly available distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Continuously explore and integrate new technologies, optimize existing systems, and solve challenging technical problems.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor\'s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.
• Experience: At least 3 years of Java development experience.
• Skills: Proficient in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) and common design patterns.
• Familiar with mainstream open-source frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, MyBatis, and understand their operating principles.
• Proficient in at least one mainstream RDBMS (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle), skilled in SQL, with SQL tuning experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, clear thinking, analytical mindset, and ability to independently analyze and solve problems.
• Excellent sense of responsibility, teamwork, ability to work under pressure, positive attitude, and initiative to integrate into the team.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
